Customs and Import Duties

Before placing your order, please make sure you comply with your country’s rules regarding duty-free import of goods. This will help you avoid unexpected delays and additional charges at customs. We also recommend familiarizing yourself with the list of goods that may require mandatory declaration.

Customs regulations and duty-free limits vary by country. We are not responsible for any delays or issues that may occur during customs inspection. Depending on the value of your order and your country’s regulations, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes upon arrival. These fees are determined by your country’s customs authorities and are not controlled by us.

All customs duties, taxes, and import fees must be paid by customers in their respective countries upon delivery. Exception – USA: For orders shipped to the United States, all customs duties are already included in the shipping cost. No additional fees are charged upon delivery.

Since these fees are set by local customs authorities and can vary from order to order, we are unable to calculate them in advance. For more information, please contact your local customs office before placing an order.
