Do you remember where we all come from? Before adulthood, each of us lived in a magical country called Childhood — a place where everything felt easy, full of discovery, where learning about the world was our main task, and it was joyful and exciting.
Did you believe in Santa Claus? Or the Tooth Fairy? Do you remember the thrill of waiting for a gift you’d dreamed about for so long — and that tiny worry: “What if I wasn’t good enough… what if Santa doesn’t bring my present?”
And that rush of pride when you tried something for the first time and it worked? Do you remember what brought you joy as a child — drawing, taking toys apart and putting them back together, making up fantastic stories for your family and friends, singing, dancing, staging “concerts” on the bench by your yard?
It was a wonderful time. We did exactly what we wanted. Then time passed, and we grew up. Work–home, work–home… Routine. Fatigue. It may feel as if the magic stayed somewhere far away, in that land of Childhood.
Are you ready to accept that? We’re not. Let’s keep our belief in everyday miracles and never let life’s troubles silence that quiet inner voice: “Happiness exists — it must.”

We’re wizards at heart. Even without magic wands, we do everything possible to fulfill any request. Our work is built around our customers’ interests. We aim to surprise and delight — and to exceed expectations.

Every customer matters. Their interest in us and our products is our reward and a measure of our professionalism — one that grows with every challenge solved. Each new customer and each new order opens new opportunities.

Any strategic goal is achieved through smaller goals and daily tasks. Every task has an owner. When each of us does our part well, we move toward big results.
4) A complaint is a gift.
We welcome feedback, aren’t afraid to admit mistakes, and don’t try to hide them. Complaints teach us and help us improve — if we hear them, fix them, and don’t repeat them. Only those who do nothing never make mistakes.
5) We don’t keep things in the dark.
Transparency matters. We don’t hide successes, problems, ideas, or thoughts from each other or from the company. If something bothers you, or you have an idea to improve our work or product quality — speak up. You can be heard only if you talk.
6) We are one team.
We strive for an atmosphere of trust, respect, and mutual support. That doesn’t mean overlooking poor performance out of sympathy. Negligence hurts everyone — it’s unfair and inefficient.
7) Treat others the way you want to be treated.
To enjoy teamwork, we need honest, open communication focused on results. Respect your colleagues, value their strengths, help (or at least don’t hinder) with weaknesses, and do your own work as well as you can.
8) Humor helps.
We welcome humor and healthy self-irony. These are qualities of strong, thoughtful people. If jokes easily offend you, please either get used to them — or this may not be the right place.
9) Better to be than to seem.
